With the anatomically shaped BambinexPro insert there is extra absorbency. The additional insert is made of soft and comfortable fleece and is perfectly tailored to the Nappynex incontinence diaper. The diaper insert can also be used in other incontinence diaper systems.
The additional insert for the Bambinex adult diapers increases the absorbency by about half of the original diaper. The insert is placed under the lining for a secure, non-slip fit. We also recommend diaper fleece as the top layer to protect the diaper from coarser dirt.

Material: 100% Polyester, Washable up to 60°C
Wash at least 1x before the first use. After use, the insert goes in the wash and is replaced by a fresh one.
